How do I share the reading challenge with my student’s families?
Starting October 28, you can share a flyer or copy the reading challenge information from your Epic! Educator account to share through other tools such as Remind. Parents will need your classroom code to participate (which is printed on the flyer for your convenience).
Do you offer flyers and resources about the challenge in other languages?
Yes, we have flyers in both English and Spanish for you to share with your students’ families. Starting October 28, you can print and share a flyer from your Epic! Educator account. Parents will need your classroom code to participate (which is printed on the flyer for your convenience).
Can international educators participate?
Yes! Educators from around the globe can set goals and receive certificates to celebrate their students’ reading achievements! However, due to contest rules and regulations, we aren’t able to offer prizes internationally.

Do I have to use a credit card to access Epic! during the reading challenge?
No credit card is required to sign up to use Epic! for free to participate in the reading challenge, just an email address.
Can I still get a free trial after the challenge is over?
Yes, you can still sign up for a free trial after the reading challenge and free home access to Epic! has ended, but you will need to enter your payment information.
Will I be able to see what my child is reading in the classroom?
Yes. You will be able to see what your child is reading and learning in the classroom through midweek email updates and by logging into your parent dashboard. Please make sure your child’s Epic! account at home is linked to their classroom account using the class code. For more information on how to link accounts, check out these instructions.
